An airline looking for its true name

EasyFly, a Colombian regional airline, had grown significantly since its founding in 2006, connecting more than 40 cities.

However, its brand name created confusion — many struggled to pronounce it, and it was often mistaken for foreign low-cost carriers with similar names.

This weakened its ability to position itself as a uniquely local airline offering differentiated regional service.

The strength of being local

Singular conducted a comprehensive brand assessment, combining audience perception studies, competitive benchmarks, and references from global aviation. The insights led to a clear positioning: “Vuela de local” (“Fly local”), a concept that highlighted the airline’s regional connectivity, closeness to communities, and shared values with Colombian travelers.

Owning Colombia’s greatest story

This positioning unlocked a powerful narrative resource: Colombia itself. Renowned worldwide for the warmth and hospitality of its people, the country offered Clic an endless source of content and meaning. By embracing this identity, the airline could own and celebrate its local roots—turning Colombian culture, landscapes, and human warmth into the very essence of its brand.

A name that shouts "connection"

From more than 400 naming alternatives, we created Clic: short, memorable, and evocative of both physical and emotional connection. The name captured the ease of regional travel and the sense of immediacy and closeness the airline brings to its passengers

An identity as simple and fluid as the journey

The visual identity was designed to make the brand instantly recognizable and emotionally engaging. A vibrant coral-red color projected energy and visibility, while a custom script logotype conveyed the practical, uncomplicated nature of flying with Clic. This friendly design language extended seamlessly across aircraft livery, uniforms, digital platforms, and customer touchpoints.

A transformation that took off

Singular led the rebranding at full speed, executing the entire transformation in record time. The new identity enabled Clic to fully own its local positioning, stand out in the crowded air travel sector, and strengthen emotional ties with regional travelers—fueling sustained growth and differentiation in the domestic market.
